CTC tea actually refers to a method of processing black tea. The process called crush, tear, curl is used in which black tea leaves are run through a cylindrical roller. These rollers have sharp teeth that cut, tear and curl the leaves and produces small, hard pellets made of tea.
Step 1: Bring water to a boil
Step 2: Add 1 teaspoon of leaves per cup
Step 3: Add milk and sugar. Let it boil for a few minutes
Step 4: Strain and serve
Step 5: Enjoy!
